Cienfuegos native Anisley Miraz Lladosa is a storyteller, poet, and visual artist. She graduated from the Onelio J. Cardoso Center in 2014. She has won important national and international awards in poetry, short stories, and children's and young adult literature. Her poetry has been included in more than ten anthologies and numerous magazines in Cuba and other countries.
Her first book, "A Noise That Nobody Understands Now," won the 2003 Vitral Grand Prize for poetry.
