Day 2 - The highlight of my day was when my 89 year old mother came to visit me and showed me this picture she found in a box. It is a photograph of her mother and father, my grandmother and grandfather. This photo is over 100 years old. What a treasure!
I’m loving this app and am grateful to @epodcaster for showing it to me. 🙌 It’s helping me realize how sedentary I am when I’m not having a workout at the gym doing my strength training.
So instead of sitting while on the phone (which is what I normally do) I started walking while on the phone. I’ll make an effort to do more tomorrow.
