Welcome, dear Hivers! At Project Encouragement and as Witnesses in Hive, we work every day to support content creators in Hive and especially those who make life in the Friend Communities we support. From @aliento.love we want to show a little of why we directly support these publications, so that many of our hivers who make life in our community can find a direction and an idea where to direct their publications, how to improve them through analyzing the content of other people, etc. Today we bring you the eighteenth report curation report of the project with the same approach we started last week in which we will show the reason why we chose the posts to show today and a particular topic that can be reflective, funny, educational, etc, so, let's go with today's report!

Topic of the day: STOICISM AS A WAY OF LIFE
Imagen de Ronaldo Mineirinho en Pixabay Something that characterizes human beings is their ability to feel empathy and attachment to things because of the level of sentimentality and emotionality that they possess as their most evident nature; this can be noticed in all kinds of movies where they always associate humans as emotional beings who are always emotionally attached to people, things and others and always use that aspect to harm them. Real life is not very different from that fact, if we can see this premise from an objective perspective, if we do not have the ability to control our emotions and our **ego**, we can face a life full of reactions, impulses, many wounds and so on. There is a concept known as **stoicism** that speaks of the mere fact that a person renounces the ego and the excessive sentimentalism and learns to understand that life has its hard moments and its happy moments and that both must be passed calmly, must be received, assimilated and released from our being so that they do not affect us emotionally too much. Yes, including the good moments, because an excess of euphoria can cloud our reasoning, then, the primary premise of stoicism tells us about the fact of having to maintain a balance within our emotions to always be in equilibrium, accept praise, learn from criticism and maintain full stability no matter what. Stoicism is quite a difficult path to walk in life, because all our lives we have been raised to live with **ego**, whether positive or negative, but we were never taught to leave that aspect of our lives behind, but let's free ourselves from ego and you will see how life begins to change. Everything happens for a reason, whether it has to do with us or not, the bad things are not negotiable, because they will always happen, but we must be ready to deal with them, the good things too, we must accept the time we are in to cope with everything, that is the secret. Now, having said that, we want to show you some publications that can serve as an example to know what we are looking for when curating content, the authors that you will see below can give you an idea and serve as a reference:Tópico del día: EL ESTOICISMO COMO ESTILO DE VIDA
