Welcome, dear Hivers! At Project Encouragement and as Witnesses in Hive, we work every day to support content creators in Hive and especially those who make life in the Friend Communities we support. From @aliento.love we want to show a little of why we directly support these publications, so that many of our hivers who make life in our community can find a direction and an idea where to direct their publications, how to improve them through analyzing the content of other people, etc. Today we bring you the eighteenth report curation report of the project with the same approach we started last week in which we will show the reason why we chose the posts to show today and a particular topic that can be reflective, funny, educational, etc, so, let's go with today's report!

Topic of the day: THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE BEES
Imagen de Ted Erski en Pixabay Living thinking in a beehive is quite complicated, but the bees make it look too simple; the point is that, if we apply this philosophy to real life, humanity would be much more powerful than it is now, we just have to think, if we could always help another person and that person had the mentality to help another person and so on, someone, in the end, would end up helping us and so we could all grow with the same speed or improve in any area for it. Unfortunately the human being has many corrupt values and principles that lead us to always think about the evil of the other, unhealthy competition, envy, lack of solidarity and empathy make the world is immersed in chaos, but really learning to think like the bees does not have to be a gigantic event, it can start from a point of view a little smaller and simpler. It is simply doing one good deed a day to help others, in a selfless way; helping someone cross the street, carrying someone's shopping bags, helping someone with reduced mobility, giving money to that person who doesn't have enough to eat or giving them part of your food, creating a positive impact around you, because if you create small impacts all the time, you will be creating a big impact without even realizing it. Now, having said that, we want to show you some publications that can serve as an example to know what we are looking for when curating content, the authors that you will see below can give you an idea and serve as a reference:Tópico del día: LA FILOSOFÍA DE LAS ABEJAS

We start the review with a post by @liskeydi in which she shows us a great evening eating sushi with her dearest person; in life always lucky are those who have the person they love by their side loving them back, life becomes a little simpler and special moments arise from any situation and encounter, besides, sushi is life, and surely the photos don't do justice to how good it was.

One of the nicest communities we have in Hive is the **Hive Pets** community, because many people can tell beautiful stories of their pets, in this case @soldierofdreams shows us his puppy, which has a very explosive personality and very particular eyes with a heterochromia that makes him look like he has toy eyes; he also told us how the dog even knows how to make jokes in bad taste, he has a very particular personality that you can't miss.
