I chose Grace, and it's a word that has many uses and meanings based on context. For me it is the ability or enablement to do something or keep going against all odds.

Last week I played “Free Fallin’” by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. I explained that John Mayer did a fantastic, laid back, finger-picking styled cover of this song on acoustic guitar, and that now when I play the song, I am inspired by both versions and enjoy the mood change of the finger-picking verse strumming, so I tend to go back and forth… Today, I would like to do another song that John Mayer covered (and hey, maybe next week I can find a third and make it a theme for this cycle! Hahaha). This week I am talking about “Message in a Bottle” by Sting and the Police. I have always found the mix of Police songs to be a bit weird, with Sting’s vocals not nearly loud enough in my opinion – check the original and see what you think?

Hello music world, it's another time of the week where music is being shared among various authors and this time around for the hive music festival already at week 59 round 2 and for this time i decided to pick a song by a Nigerian artist whose name is Asa and one of the reason why i love this artist is that she knows how to play instrument and guess the kind of instrument she plays? It is guitar, singing along side while playing the guitar is a very tasking job and she does deliver well, i could relate with that aspect because i always try that as well and i know it's not easy.

Push-ups plus Spiderman. Pure power is what we have prepared today for all of you. That's right friends, the movements that you will enjoy will allow you to strengthen and develop your body as I like, in a comprehensive way. A series of push-ups to give power and strength to your upper body; total activation of the core and lower body with the execution of the spiderman movements, your abdomen will thank you. We are active and nothing stops us, let's give it our all because our body needs it, come and get active.

I was astonished when I saw the theme for this week because it kind of matches with the season, the theme is GRACE and we all can't deny that it's God's grace that has carried us from the beginning of this year and now we're at the last month of the year, God's grace stood out for us even when we didn't deserve it. Regarding the above theme, I had a number of songs that were related to the theme but I chose the one I guess was related to the season, God's grace has brought us all the way to the last month of the year, ohh I forgot to wish you guys happy new month.

Yelmerson is, by profession, an engineer in telecommunications and also a content creator, his content is varied, but mostly educational oriented to the technological area. As for the family, Yelmerson is married and father of a daughter, who also has a health condition that he has had to attend with much diligence and dedication.

To start this week I want to share with you this leg routine. It had been a long time since I brought you a workout of this important muscle group because I could not train them well due to a patella injury in my left knee, but finally I can resume training with greater intensity. The truth is that leg training is a little difficult for me to do as I would really like because of the lack of resources, because I do not have much weight and the legs are an area that, if you are an intermediate or advanced athlete, is usually more effective work using weight due to the amount of strength that you get to gain in this muscle group.
