Consistency is a form of craziness because you have to show up every day and repeat the same action no matter what happens, and irrespective of how things change.
You have a severe back pain? You catch the flu? You have high fever? You have a sharp pain in your right leg? There is the storm? You cannot breathe properly? Heavy snowfall and -25 C? The world is on fire? It doesn't matter -you have to do it.
