1040 - Monochrome Street Scenes for Wednesday.

Good morning dearest Hiveans around the world! Happy Wednesday to you all. We've now reached the very middle of the week and the Monday push is already behind us while the weekend is fast approaching into view. We are doing great! Let's make this Wednesday a day of meaningful positive vibes. You got this 😉.

Now for our daily shots in monochrome. Here's a traffic enforcer standing on the road wearing his uniform. He has just raised a hand, palm out, to bring the flow of vehicles to a complete stop. In front of him was a Toyota Innova taxi cab waiting patiently along with some other cars and a single motorcycle rider in the middle. The enforcer focus on the opposite lane which is hidden and let the vehicles flow there.

Next scene was outside a local bank building with a line of people on the ATM machine. The queue is a mix of individuals waiting patiently for their turn to withdraw their hard earned money. At the very end of this line was a woman standing turned around. She seems to be standing guard of her surroundings and perhaps ensuring the safety of everyone in line.

Next scene was on slopy Session Road where among the flow of people in different directions were two young male college students walked with a clear sense of purpose with their bags slung over their shoulders probably heading to their school classes. Their pace was fast unlike the visitors around them strolling leisurely. This is like a part of the daily life of Baguio where the lives of locals and the relaxation of tourists share the same path.

Lastly the next two photos shows while I was trying to capture a candid photo of people on the opposite side of Baguio City streets needs some patience. When you frame a perfect shot of group of friends laughing or a vendor arranging their goods or just people walking and you raise your camera and about press the shutter then a car or a taxi suddenly shows up through the frame😂 blocking the view. This happens to me a lot again and again. The streets of Baguio city are always filled with vehicles throughout the day and even until the late evening.
