Officially named the Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta. A rich historically landmark in the heart of Palermo, Sicily, Italy. Originally built in 1185, over the centuries the building undernwenth many modifications from original Norman Arab style to Gothic and Major Baroque as well as neoclassical renovations. Here a walk from the Cathedrale to the Palazzo dei Normanni.

On that day was going a big festival there, I can't visit inside this time, also the weather was very nice and I wanted to spend more time on the beach.
