Today a visit along a small bio garden in Romania first the tomatoes, sslow in calories but rich in Vitamin C and K and more. Here they have a strong growing tradition. used also for Zacusca a vegetable spread with tomatoes, paprika onion and eggplant. Every family has its own recipe. many people also make it with mushrooms or beans. The peppers and eggplants are first grilled and peeled. Many family here still keep own gardens. Many farmers used heirloom seeds including traditional Romanian tomato varieties.
