Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for thursday the 14/8/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Happy Thursday everyone. My Thursday started smoothly as I woke up in the morning and prepared for my work. Got a metro taxi on time and was cruising towards my office until I was stopped or better still got stuck by a man made and avoidable traffic jam.
The municipal council authority decided to paint the bumps and speed breakers installed along the major roads. This action is a good one but wrongly timed. I could not get to work on time as I was stuck in the ensuing traffic jam. Managed to get to work forty five minutes late anyway.
Other than those, it was a nice day for me altogether.
