It doesn't. Even if we live here for a thousand years we will surely die. It's not the will of God that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. ‎ ‎Therefore, above every other thing, we should prioritize our relationship with God, knowing that there's going to be a day of reckoning, a day that we are going to account for what we have done with the flesh, whether good or bad even as christians, what we did with the rest of our lives, whether we lived to please God and fulfill our assignments. ‎ ‎These should be our priority, to inspire us, challenge us as we constantly reexamine our lives and activities to make sure that they conform with spiritual priorities. Don't be distracted by issues that you know what that once you close your eyes in death that's the end of it all. Today, we have the opportunity of a lifetime which we may never have again, to reexamine our lives and find out if we are living based on scriptural priorities.
