En esta hermosa oportunidad les compartiré con mucho cariño distintas fotografías de todo mi entrenamiento del día 21 del mes de febrero, donde hice distintos movimientos estáticos por la noche, donde puedo ejecutar muy bien cada movimiento y pensé en compartirles estas increíbles fotografía que he estado practicando mucho lo que es la plancha en paralelas, ya que no es mi fuerte he avanzado mucho gracias a mi esfuerzo y dedicación. Las fotografías fueron tomadas en el parque, las ballenitas fue un gran día de entrenamiento, decidí hacer distintas tomas de mis planchas. Estoy motivado en mejorar cada día más, mucho más.
In this beautiful opportunity I will share with much affection different photographs of all my training of the 21st of February, where I did different static movements at night, where I can execute very well each movement and I thought I would share with you these incredible photographs that I have been practicing a lot what is the parallel plank, since it is not my forte I have advanced a lot thanks to my effort and dedication. The pictures were taken in the park, the whales was a great day of training, I decided to take different shots of my planks. I am motivated to improve every day more, much more.
