This topic I must say it's very crucial to life existence, way of life and how people live within homes, compound, environment, community and the entire nation. Hate is an act of resilient, dislike or hostility it may be as a result of anger, emotions, descrimination and violence. Love is the act of submissive, humble, kind and generous often results in passion, peacefulness and excitement.
When I think of hate, I see it as that heavy feeling or I can restless thought you carry when something or someone gets into your nerves so deep. Hate is like fire inside the chest, it burns you more than the person you hate that's how I see it and I have experience it myself. i carry hate against a friend who betrayed me. Each time I see him, my mind will just boil and spoil. I thought by hating him I was punishing him, but later I found out I was only punishing myself. It was me that was restless like I wrote earlier, not him. Hate can block peace of mind, it can even stop you from moving forward because you are busy holding grudges.
Now love on the other hand, I see it as light. Love is soft, it makes you calm and free and it very beautiful. It makes you happy and no burdens, no worries It does not only mean romantic love, but love for family, love for friends, and love for even strangers. The times I choose to show love, even when I was hurt, I discovered my mind felt lighter and at peace I applied love when I forgave that same friend who wronged me, that was my co-worker in company I worked for that time, though not the same office but we cross paths daily It was not easy, but once I let go, I noticed I became free inside.
Hate and love are two strong powers, what love will build in years, hate could destroy all in days. I try in my life, choose to live and give those who needs, help everyone in my own capacity and try as much to make peace with people I cross their path even when people make me angry. Sometimes I still feel hate am human, but I don’t let it stay too long in me. Love has helped me live better, relate better with people, and it gives me peace of mind.
