Después de un largo tiempo, los venezolanos han compartido la gastronomía que nos identifica. Ha sido receptiva por parte de los argentinos y como venezolana que se respeta, necesitaba viajar por los recuerdos de infancia y los últimos momentos hermosos de escape con mi padre haciendo uso del paladar para sentir episodios memorables. Dicho esto, la oportunidad de comer helado venezolano se hizo realidad, pero nunca registré las experiencias, hasta que decidí tomar cartas en el asunto y archivar el momento especial entre amigos. El año pasado, cuando se celebró la semana de La Noche de las Heladerías, decidí vivir la experiencia en [Apporé](https://www.instagram.com/apporehelados?igsh=MWpibTRpZnM5dWoxdA==) ubicada en Paraguay 2805.

Friends of the Argentine community, my presence in this space is to share the dessert that I eat the most in this country. Since I arrived in this region, I had to assimilate that no matter the time of year, in Argentina ice cream is eaten during all seasons and that a 1/4 kilo is not enough. My first days of winter, I found it difficult to normalize eating ice cream at low temperatures. However, eating ice cream served me as a relaxation and entertained me when I was moderator of the Contrareloj program in the Hive Mexico community with my friend @mariale07. After a long time, Venezuelans have shared the gastronomy that identifies us. It has been receptive on the part of Argentines, and as a self-respecting Venezuelan, I needed to travel through childhood memories and the last beautiful moments of escape with my father, making use of the palate to feel memorable episodes. That said, the opportunity to eat Venezuelan ice cream became a reality, but I never recorded the experiences until I decided to take matters into my own hands and archive the special moment among friends. Last year, during the week of The Night of the Ice Cream Parlors, I decided to live the experience at Appore located in Paraguay 2805.

The tradition is that different ice cream stores participate to present the product, what they are known for, and the proposal of the day. The important thing is that I wanted to attend with Venezuelan friends to make more to less of the Creole flavor. I should mention that Appore means Flavors in Italian, and a Zuliano (Venezuelan State) used it when they achieved their authentic flavors. The customer has options to choose for Argentinean tastes or to experience something new, in my case, to connect with memories. On November 13, 2024, at 7 p.m. was the invitation, the 2 for 1 promotion on 1/4 ice cream. We were a couple of friends and my family to enjoy the offer. We ordered 3 1/4 kilos; each adult ate their respective flavors, and the girls shared 1/4 kilos of their favorite flavors. In my case, I wanted flavors that I was used to in my country, but they ran out; there was no rum and raisin, no soursop; I had to choose batibati, mango and brand name puts that style to eat in Argentina. There is a great variety of Venezuelan flavors, such as tamarind, guava, cocada, chica, crema real, toddy, cocosette and pinguinito.

After the wait, we bought the ice cream and went to the plaza to share and talk about the flavors. There was laughter, anecdotes and opinions of each flavor that was ordered and took us to Venezuela. We spent a fun night among friends and with a 1/4 of refreshing ice cream. Recently, on Sunday, February 16, 2025, the Apporé ice cream parlor launched a promotion for the inauguration 2x1 in one scoop ice cream in its new location located at 4599 Los Incas Avenue, I went for revenge, the rum and raisin ice cream, and I was happy to taste my choice, it was to go through childhood memories and the closest intimate spaces with Dad to chat, to have the opportunity to love each other during my father's teaching. Friends of Hive Argentina, I hope you visit and get to know other flavors of Apporé ice cream parlor and, from your experience, tell us about the moment of tasting different flavors. It is likely that you feel explosions in your palate for the genuine, and you do not have how to associate, or there is also the possibility of choosing flavors that identify Argentina.
