Good evening to this wonderful family!!! Happy Sunday and how are you today. Welcome to my blog and am glad to be in this @vegan community, am happy to share with you step to step guide and pictures on how i prepared this delicious and yummy unripe porridge plantain recipe.

INGREDIENTS USED 6 pieces of unripe plantain Few leaves of scent leaf 2 Green bell pepper Few pieces of red pepper 2 table spoons of Red oil 3 pieces of carrots ½ cut of cucumber Few pieces of green beans 3balls of onions ½ table spoon of salt Water

First i wash the plantains thoroughly, peel the back and wash the veggies.

Then i chopped the cleaned plantain into smaller pieces and then slice the onions to my desired size.

I chopped the veggies - carrot, cucumber, the bell pepper and green beans, then slice the scent leaf and blend the red pepper and keep them all aside.

Then in a clean pot i pour in clean water and allow it to boil for some minutes and i add in the unripe plantain, i allowed it to cook for 5 minutes to make sure the plantain is tender.

I then add in red oil, allow to cook abit and pour in the blended pepper and stir it.

So after adding the pepper, i pour in the veggies, the scent leaf and onions, add salt to taste, stir all to combine and allow it to cook for 1minutes because i don't want the vegetables to overcooked.

With this our delicious porridge plantain is done and ready to be served. It came out well and the taste is out of these world Its a simple and easy recipe which i love anyone can try.
