Today after eating i felt bloated and as if the food i ate didn't digest well, so I remember i have some left over fruits in my kitchen and i brought them out to make fruit juice out it. I will love to share with you the recipe on how i achieved this lovely and delicious fruit juice.

Ingredients used 1 full cucumber ½ pineapple 2 apple ½ ginger 50cl of Water

Procedures First i thoroughly wash the apple, cucumber and ginger, to be sure its clean.

After washing the fruits and ginger, i cut and slice them to my desired sizes.

I put the fruits and ginger together in the blender and blend it smoothly, so when i was done blending, i pour in the blended fruits in a clean net sieve to drain out the juice and i also added water to adjust the thickness of the fruit juice.


Here comes a healthy delicious and sweet fruit juices, it came out well and its very simple to prepare. It can also be served when chilled.

These healthy fruit drink have good benefits to the body; it helps to reduce bloating and improve indigestion. Its an antioxidant, which also enhance protection against chronic disease and lastly it supports weight management and support healthy blood sugar and lots more. I will love you to try this simple fruit drink combo and won't regret trying it.
