
Hello my beautiful #veganlovers, happy new month and how are you doing. Its my pleasure to be here once again in this community. Today i will love to share with you the recipe on how i prepared this simple delicious tasty okro soup.
INGREDIENTS USED
300g of okro 50g of pepper 2 onions 1 cooking spoon of oil ½ table spoon of salt 10g of uziza and utazi leave 30cl of water

PROCEDURE
First i washed my okro with salt, wash the uziza and utazi leaves, onions and peppers all washed thoroughly.

I sliced the onions and okro to my desired size and kept them aside.

In a clean pot i add in my red oil and allow it to heat up abit and i poured my sliced onions and i stire the onion so that it can release its aroma to the oil.

After that i pour in the roughly blended pepper and and okro, then stire it to mix together.

So after 1 minute i added my uziza and utazi leaves, add half table spoon of salt to taste and add water, then allowed it cook for 2 minutes and our soup is ready .

Our delicious and yummy okro soup is here, it can be paired with your desired swallow of choice. The soup is simple and it tastes great, the ingredients are not plenty and very affordable to get.
