Greetings my wonderful #midnight owl lovers. Its my pleasure to welcome you to my blog this lovely midnight. Hope you all are doing great. I will love to share with you my own understanding on midnight sounds what it meant to me.
To me midnight sounds is that noise that sounds so quiet, that brings this calmness that covers the whole earth, which Its sound fades into the darkness. Midnight is a moment of transformation between the day's activities and night mysteries. It's a time to embrace the unknown and letting go of the past.
In a city where you hear the passing cars that fades away in a distance, the chirping noise of the crickets, the midnight owls that sings in the night and the meowing noise from the cat in the environment. What about the gentle winds that whispers secretly, that reflects and in a moment fade away.
I can remember the stories or fairytales that I was told when I was much younger, that witches uses cat to carryout their witchcraft activities, that they are evil that they runs about in the night. ☺️
At early hours of the morning 1am precisely, i was all alone in my room, playing one of my favorite midnight games snooker on my phone to keep myself awake, inorder to be awake to have my midnight prayers and meditation by 3am, because midnight is the perfect time you can have a deep meditation and commune with your maker without being disturbed.
All of a sudden I heard this noise that sounds like that of a cat, the meowed noise. It sounds so close as if the cat is sitting close to my window, it was so loud that i became afraid and i felt cold shivers that makes my heart beats faster.
The meowed sound continues, i have to cover my ear and body with my duvet, wishing i could sink myself inside my mattress so that it will shallow me till the day break. The night was covered with darkness, no light.
At a time, not knowing what to do i started praying, pleading for God's mercy for him to come and save, declaring his words to chase away the fears that has surrounded me. After the prayers, i didn't hear the meow noise from the cat again, it's as if the cat heard my prayers and ran away 😁. That was how the sound faded away.
