GIFTING A LOVELY DRESS TO MY SISTER

Good day everyone and happy new year once again. Today I would like to share how I made this beautiful dress for my sister.  She was really surprised and happy when I dropped it off at her house. Recently she has been bothered about how her clothes doesn't fit her anymore as she is pregnant and getting bigger everyday.sobi thought of making a couple of dresses as a fashion designer and gift it to her. The smile on her face was worth all the stress I had to go through. ##### PROCEDURES 1. I started by chalking her measurements on the material and adding extra five inches allowance so there can be enough space in case she gets bigger. When I cut it out,this was what it looked like  2. I went ahead to cut out a V- neck for the front peice like this  3. After that, I proceeded to cut the back neck line. Just a simple Round neckline but not too deep. I took three inches for the width and one and a half for the depth  4. After doing all that, I took the front and back peice, right sides facing each other and joined the shoulder to shoulder on my sewing machine then proceeded to turning the neck with a facing and shaping the dress to her measurements.
