Hello to all who might read this.
I've been away from hive for about a year now, I see that my last post was at the end of October of last year. I decided to check out the platform today, possibly out of boredom on a cold rainy day, and perhaps out of not wanting to look at the news on election day. (I live in the U.S.)
This election cycle has caused me a lot of anxiety and depression...I knew that people can be hateful and cruel, but it's really been on display by the magat movement in this country for the past few months. My overly sensitive and empathic mind is greatly affected by all this horrible treatment of people by other people, and it exacerbates my tendency toward depression. Anyway, that's not what I came here to write about, but that was on my mind .
I see that the value of Hive still sucks, but I'm not really surprised by that. It obviously did not ride the coattails of bitcoin into greater value. It's a shame really, but it is what it is. Still, Hive is a fairly unique platform, so it does have that going for it. I might start writing posts here again, mostly for something to do to keep me occupied a bit through the winter. I still have a few things I can talk about, and I have some model kit review videos that have not been posted on Hive yet.
I guess that's about all I have to say for now, here's a cat picture just because I can. This is Shitaki the cat.
