𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝑰𝒕 𝑩𝒆 𝑳𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝑨 "𝑽𝒊𝒆𝒘 𝑶𝒏𝒄𝒆" 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂?

Whenever a person sends me a view once media on WhatsApp, I ensure to take time to view the media closely. I pay attention to details because I know once it's gone, it's gone.  I liken that to how life is. Life has no manual actually and every bit of it counts. For every phase we are in life, it requires carefulness and living in the present because time lost can never be regained. Mindfulness has always been the best way to live. Pay attention to every detail in your life. Live this life to the fullest and keep going. One way to practice mindfulness is to be intelligent emotionally. Knowing when to speak and when to keep quiet. I grew up to be very observant and logical. I always read the room and act accordingly. Doing so has made me paid attention not to the words of mouth alone, but to tones as well. Tones conveys an entire meaning to same words. It helps avoid misunderstanding and even build good rapport. It is an effective way of paying attention to details in our lives and solve a lot of problems. There are people who cannot forget words that has been said to them over the years. That's because the words used on them made or broke them. So, how do you speak to others? Logical speaking will help us convey our message in a clear yet respectful manner, which will make it easier for the listener to act upon it. My mom always appeal to I and my siblings rather than yell at us when we were much younger. It helped us reason deeply and reflected on our conduct faster. We had time to reflect every morning on decisions we made the previous day and ways we could improve. It helped us stay more mindful and reminded us that every choices has a bearing on us. In summary, Some mistakes can be avoided if we pay close attention to our behavior, choices and words. We just need to measure twice before cutting once. Treat life like a book you read with no way to flip back and a like flower that needs so much nurturing to bloom.
