The times of the big family blockbusters! How I miss those days when I would sit on the sofa with my parents and I was able to watch mainstream hollywood flicks and actually enjoy them. Maybe I was younger or maybe they really had a different feel and perhaps decent direction and a good cast of actors. Let's admit it Harrison Ford was a Star and there was much respect for the likes of "Indiana Jones" and "Blade Runner" so was easy to be mesmerised by his performance! Maybe I still hadn't watched a million videos of police brutality and the sad state of American prison population to still enjoy a good action police chase. After all there's no bad cops in this movie and the chase is pretty good! I won't spoil it further. Watch it if you haven't and then go watch a you tube video called: "Everything wrong with the fugitive" which was pretty funny and reminded me why I stopped watching some of these movies.
