
Today we are going to make a delicious fish curry. This is a traditional curry of our region, which tastes very good and people like it. Fish is very popular in the winter and people eat it with great enthusiasm by making it into a curry or frying it. Its taste increases even more with wheat flour bread. So let's start making it. The first ingredients we will need for this are given below.
Ingredients



Fish 1 Kg (cut into small pieces) Half a cup of oil/ghee One tomato Half a clove of garlic One small onion Half an inch piece of ginger Three to four green chillies Salt to taste Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder Half a teaspoon of turmeric One teaspoon of hot spices A Glass of Water
Making Method

We will take a pan which we will put on the stove, add half a cup of oil to it, and let it heat for a while. When it gets hot, add finely chopped onion and tomato, and let them turn light brown.

After that, add ginger, garlic, and green chili paste to it and mix it for a while so that the mixture is ready.
Now add hot spices, salt, red chili, and turmeric, etc., to it and cook it for a while so that its taste can be improved.



In the meantime, wash and clean the fish well. After cleaning, we put the fish in this fried mixture and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. When it is cooked well, we will put a lid on it and cook it for another 10 to 15 minutes on a low flame.




Our fish curry is now ready. We have taken it off the stove. Now we will start dishing it out. We also have rotis. Rotis made from wheat flour are very delicious and if there is fish curry with it, it enhances the taste. I have taken out the fish curry into a plate. Now I have started testing it with bread "roti", which tastes very good.
