AssalamuAlaikum & Greetings Everyone!

___ ___ I am back with my new blog in Agriculture Mindset. Welcome to the friends of the community. There was continuous rain last night, which caused a lot of damage to the crops. Only the paddy crop, which has not yet reached the stage of pod, was beneficial for this rain, but all the other crops, including corn and sugarcane, are at risk of damage. | Filling the Field with Rainwater | |--| When it rained continuously last night, I decided to inspect my sweet potatoes field because I wanted to know what the water condition was in it. As soon as I approached the field, I saw water in the field from a distance, in which the sugarcane plants were submerged and their leaves were visible. | Stacking Water Cause Sweet Potato Field Damage | |--| Sweet Potato plants are very delicate, and if water remains in them for a long time, it can cause damage, so now it is a difficult challenge for me to remove the water from the field. | Inspecting Field and Removing Water Decision | |--| I walked around the field to inspect it for water extraction. If you dig a hole on both side corners of the field, which is deeper than the field, then water can be extracted from it so that the plants are not damaged. | Practical Demonstration of Water Extraction through Heo | |--| I started to slowly and rapidly release the water from the drain on two sides of the field. The speed of the water was very high because the field was full of water, and the flow started from below, and slowly the water started to lower its level. | Reduction in the Water Level in the Field | |--| In about five to six hours, the water level in the sweet potato field has decreased considerably, and the water is still flowing out of the house. If this water remains in the field, the sweet potato plants can be damaged. They can also dry out and their roots can also be damaged. | Conclusion | |--| Such a situation is dangerous for me because I have invested a lot in it, and if any damage occurs to the crop at this stage, my entire investment will be lost, and I will suffer a lot of losses, which I cannot bear at the moment. I hope that this water will dry up soon and the crop will remain lush and green as before. Thank you for visiting the blog. Do share your valuable feedback. | πΈππ π¦π₯ ππ | |--|
