___ ___  This is the second round of fertilizing the sweet potato crop because before this, we applied half a bag of DAP 25 kg and half a bag of urea 25 kg, which has made the sweet potato vines quite long. Some vines have grown a lot. Now the crop is over one and a half months old and we are fertilizing it.     We have taken a drum in which we have added some water and put a 25 kg bag of SOP in it. Now I have started mixing it with the water with the help of a wooden stick. Now we will add more water to it and mix it with the help of a wooden stick until the fertilizer is mixed in. We have to stir it continuously so that it is mixed well.       After mixing the fertilizer well, we will spray Chloropyrifos to protect the roots of the sweet potatoes from caterpillars. I am also flooding this spray for the second time so that the roots are protected from caterpillars that cut them. Now we will stir the water once again with a wooden stick so that the spray mixes well in it, as I have mixed it well.    Since the farm is a little far away, the distance to get water from the water pump is about one to one and a half kilometers, so I invited one of my friends who is performing the duty of bringing water into a furrow so that the water can reach it. This also requires a lot of effort. In the hot days, a person gets tired due to hard work, so I will say that this is a laborious task and it is not that easy to do. The water has just reached the field and is taking a turn towards the field. We have released the fertilizer into the water through the tap of the drum so that the fertilizer gets mixed with the water.   Here in these pictures I want to show you how water can be controlled with the help of a hoe. Through a hoe, soil is used to change the direction of water because in the field where water is needed, water is released in that field, and on the other side, soil is put to stop the water so that the direction of water changes.
