They are so many things I want to say to you but words seems so small compared to the depth of what I truly feel. You’ve always been there for me. You always show up for me more times than I can count.
Sometimes I sit and think back to all the times we’ve shared together, and I’m just amazed how far we’ve come. I didn’t know how much I grew addicted to your encouragement and praises.
You’ve taught me the meaning of loyalty and what it truly means to have someone in your corner. I know I can be a bit nut sometimes, stressing over things that don’t deserve half the energy I give them. Thank you for not getting tired of me and my excesses. I’m greatful for how you’ve accepted my baggages, sometimes even I can’t handle myself.
Meeting you was that spark I didn’t know my life needed. If I could bottle up the comfort of your friendship and carry it with me everywhere, I would, because it’s one of the safest feelings I know.
Thank you for never turning your back on me, for showing up even when it wasn’t convenient, and for reminding me of my worth when I forgot it myself. You’re more than a friend, you’re family.
I think I get it now why the bible says they’re friends that stick closer than a brother. I’m endlessly grateful for you and the person who gave birth to you. Let’s create more memories together in the many years we’ll be spending together.
