When people hear “living rich,” the first thing that pops in their mind is money. They imagine living the life, lots of cash, shopping sprees and vacations in places you can’t even pronounce properly. But that’s not my focus today.
Living rich begins with having a healthy mindset. Embracing the little things that truly matter: good health, sound mind and maintaining good and healthy relationships. At this point, naturally finds it’s place but it’s not the starting point. Being wealthy can be a flex, yes, but the thought of simply waking up every morning with something to be greatful for, family, friends, Love, and life is an even bigger flex.
I’m not agitating for poverty and I’m certainly not against money. But if money is the only measure to riches, then you’ll always feel like you don’t have enough.
Livibg rich is about shifting your perspective. A healthy mind attracts healthy people. Enjoy the little moments that matter. When you learn to see the positivity in the midst of negativity, you’ll start to realize how full life really is. If we can be greatful for the little things, then the bigger things stop feeling so far away.
Living rich also means taking everything that life has given you, the good and the bad and making the best out of them. It’s being content. Its knowing when to push forward and when to stop and appreciate where you are and then keep pushing.
If people could understand that there’s no point to prove to anybody. We’re all masters of our own lives. Nobody else holds the joint blueprint for your happiness or definition of success. And once you stop looking for validation outside of yourself, you might just realize how rich life can be.
