Esp- Eng. Concurso/Contest #255 LOH.

Saludos mi estimada comunidad de bellas damas LOH, me complace participar en el concurso #255 de este nicho de talentosas mujeres que nos inspiran a crear contenido de calidad y propicio para una interesante interacción, como en esta oportunidad lo hace @irenenavarroart. # En cuanto a lo presente: # > 1️⃣ Has ganado el dinero para comprar una casa y tienes dos opciones. La primera es una casa grande y bonita, pero cuyas mejores épocas ya pasaron. Necesita muchas reparaciones y remodelaciones, por lo que su precio es bajo. La segunda opción es una casa pequeña. No es tan bonita como la anterior, pero no tienes que invertir tiempo ni dinero en reparaciones, así que su precio es mucho más alto. ¿Qué eliges? ¿Eres del equipo de "reparar a mi gusto" o del equipo de "comprar todo listo y rápido"? # Conozco muy bien los embates de tener una vivienda antigua, en la cual, el deterioro progresivo y la falta de recursos económicos suficientes (sobretodo con la difícil situación socio-economica de nuestro país y el pauperrimo salario) para desarrollar un plan de mantenimiento efectivo se complica en gran magnitud. # La vivienda dónde resido con mi mamá y mi hija, su casa materna; requiere de relleno en el piso para evitar inundarnos cuando suceden fuertes lluvias, puesto que, su nivel está más bajo que las casas vecinas y esto ocasiona este grave inconveniente. Del mismo modo, requiere de reparar el techo y sus averías, las grietas de las paredes y restaurar un par de las mismas que se han caído en la parte trasera. --- --- Lógicamente, esto acarrea gastos significativos, el presupuesto que me han sacado los maestros de obra expertos en el tema en mi localidad, pasa los 3, 500 $ (tres mil quinientos dólares) equivalentes a 570.500 bs en moneda nacional y a 11.833 hive ; nada fácil, me estoy organizando en cooperativas y otros ahorros para comenzar con lo más urgente, el relleno del piso y luego resolver lo demás paulatinamente. # Por tal razón y mi experiencia en el tema, de tener el dinero disponible para la compra de una vivienda, no dudaría en contemplar la segunda opción ; una casa pequeña, quizás no explotada de hermosa, pero cómoda, con lo necesario para vivir digna, segura y saludable dentro de la misma y que no haya que invertir tiempo ni dinero en reparaciones, aunque su precio sea mucho más alto que la opción anterior. --- --- Pues, a fin de cuentas, estoy segura que adquiriendo una vivienda grande, bonita, antigua y más económica , pero que haya que invertirle dinero en reparaciones; se terminaria gastando mucho más dinero así su precio sea un tanto más bajo, eso lo certifico por experiencia propia. --- --- Esa es mi perspectiva ante la situación mis bellas hiver amigas, espero tengamos una fructífera interacción en la caja de comentarios, mientras continuo trabajando, luchando esperanzada en realizar las reparaciones a nuestro hogar en pro de nuestro bienestar y estabilidad a todo nivel como seres humanos y familia en general. # Invito a @zhanavic69 a participar en este estupendo concurso #255 de LOH. # https://hive.blog/hive-124452/@ladiesofhive/ladies-of-hive-community-contest-255 # Fotografías de mi absoluta propiedad, capturadas con mi dispositivo tecno Go 2024 --- --- # English Versión: # |.jpg)| |---| | ^Canva | --- --- # As for the present: # > 1️⃣ You've earned the money to buy a house and you have two options. The first is a large, beautiful house, but one whose best days are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and renovations, so its price is low. The second option is a small house. It's not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest the time and money into repairs, so its price is much higher. What do you choose? Are you on the "fix it to my liking" team or on the "buy everything ready and fast" team? # I know very well the hardships of owning an old home, in which the progressive deterioration and the lack of sufficient financial resources (especially given the difficult socio-economic situation in our country and the salary) to develop an effective maintenance plan becomes enormously complicated. # The house where I live with my mother and daughter, their maternal home, requires backfilling of the floor to prevent flooding during heavy rains, since its level is lower than that of neighboring houses, causing this serious inconvenience. Likewise, it requires repairing the roof and its damage, the cracks in the walls, and restoring a couple of the walls that have fallen in the rear. --- --- Logically, this entails significant expenses. The estimate I received from the expert construction foremen in my area is over $3,500 (three thousand five hundred dollars), equivalent to 570,500 bs in local currency and 11,833 hive. This isn't easy. I'm organizing myself into cooperatives and other savings to start with the most urgent tasks: backfilling the floor, and then gradually resolve the rest. # For this reason, and based on my experience on the subject, if I had the money available to buy a home, I wouldn't hesitate to consider the second option: a small house, perhaps not as beautiful as it is used to, but comfortable, with everything necessary to live a dignified, safe, and healthy life inside, without having to invest time or money in repairs, even if its price is much higher than the previous option. --- --- Well, at the end of the day, I'm sure that by buying a large, beautiful, older, and more affordable home, but which requires investing money in repairs, you would end up spending a lot more money even if its price is a little lower, I can attest to that from my own experience. --- --- That's my perspective on the situation, my beautiful winter friends.
