Saludos estimada comunidad Holos & Lotus , muy interesante esta iniciativa auspiciada por el talentoso hiver amigo @emiliorios y me complace dejar mi apreciación absoluta de lo que la presente imagen, etiqueta azul, me inspira.

El esplendor de la belleza natural ilumina mi rostro y de inmediato me dibuja una sonrisa; el olor de la brisa fresca es tan especial que me transporta a mi infancia, esa en la que en el mes de agosto , vacaciones de verano, toda mi familia de diversos estados del país se desplegaba y venían a dar todos hasta acá, hasta Falcón; uno de los estados más hermosos de Venezuela y cuyas costas enamoran sus visitantes de principio a fin.

Mi mamá siempre decía algo, que a su vez lo decía mi abuela: "Respirar el aire de la playa es como respirar a Dios" , créanme, nada más cercano a la realidad y lo se porque Dios es amor, calma, serenidad; Dios es perfección , belleza por doquier, grandeza sublime.

Cuando voy a la playa y se lo he enseñado a mii hija también, me encanta tomar aire en cantidad, respirar profundo y disfrutar como ese aire maravilloso, puro, de olor característico a mar penetra todo mi ser y una sensación increíble de libertad genuina me impregna por completo; en ese momento ocurre un reseteo en mi mente y todo aquello que me preocupa, estresa, distrae o me perturba de alguna forma queda sin efecto en el acto.

Recuerdo que en el mar , rodeado de ese cielo azul inmenso, arrecifes, arena fina y áreas verdes que incitan al descanso me enamore por primera vez , Sergio Ivan Flores Inojos, mi profesor de psicología en 4to año de bachillerato nos llevó a una especie de "retiro espíritu en el mar" y con la herramienta de la ventana de Johari , me condujo a conocerme realmente, hice un insight de mis virtudes, capacidades, de mis defectos y me hice conciente de mi valía única e inigualable; ese día sentí que lo amé por ser el precursor de esa maravillosa evolución de mi personalidad.

Por supuesto que dicho 'enamoramiento" fue platónico y muy efímero además, de ese día de playa con terapia psicológica incluida no pasó, igual el profesor continúa gozando de aprecio en mi corazón a pesar que su Alzheimer no le permite recordar el gran profesional que fue.

Además, para sellar el poderoso sentimiento que me une al mar y todos sus encantos, debo acotar que fue testimonio de una promesa de amor sin precedentes y que fue hecha con tanto énfasis en su enunciado literal que así fue: " Hasta que la muerte nos separe" , eso lo dijo mi amado esposo en nuestro último viaje al mar y parece que un coro de ángeles le dijeron amén pues pasó un par de meses y él falleció en mis brazos.

Pero como después de toda tormenta, incluso la tormenta emocional, siempre sale el sol y todo vuelve a su cauce; el mar siempre está así de hermoso y sereno aguardando que regresemos a Respirar a Dios.

Greetings, dear Holos & Lotus community! This initiative sponsored by the talented hiver friend @emiliorios is very interesting, and I am pleased to express my absolute appreciation for what this image, the blue label, inspires in me.

The splendor of natural beauty illuminates my face and immediately brings a smile to my face; The smell of the fresh breeze is so special that it transports me to my childhood, when during the month of August, summer vacation, my entire family from various states across the country would fan out and come all the way here, to Falcón; one of the most beautiful states in Venezuela, whose coasts captivate its visitors from beginning to end.

My mother always said something, which my grandmother in turn said: "Breathing the beach air is like breathing God." Believe me, nothing could be closer to the truth, and I know it because God is love, calm, serenity; God is perfection, beauty everywhere, sublime greatness.

When I go to the beach, and I've taught my daughter how to do it too, I love to take in plenty of air, breathe deeply, and enjoy how that wonderful, pure air, with its characteristic sea scent, penetrates my entire being, and an incredible feeling of genuine freedom permeates me completely. In that moment, a reset occurs in my mind, and everything that worries me, stresses me out, distracts me, or disturbs me in any way is instantly eliminated.

I remember being at sea, surrounded by that immense blue sky, reefs, fine sand, and green areas that encourage relaxation, I fell in love for the first time. Sergio Ivan Flores Inojos, my psychology teacher in my 4th year of high school, took us on a kind of "spiritual retreat at sea." Using the Johari window, he led me to truly know myself. I gained insight into my virtues, abilities, and flaws, and I became aware of my unique and unparalleled worth. That day, I felt I loved him for being the precursor to that wonderful evolution of my personality.

Of course, this "crush" was platonic and very short-lived. It didn't last long, even though the professor continues to be held in my heart even though his Alzheimer's disease prevents him from remembering the great professional he was.

Furthermore, to seal the powerful feeling that unites me with the sea and all its charms, I must point out that it was a testimony of an unprecedented promise of love, made with such emphasis in its literal wording: "Until "Death do us part," my beloved husband said on our last trip to the sea, and it seems like a choir of angels said amen to him, because a couple of months passed and he passed away in my arms.

But like after every storm, even an emotional storm, the sun always comes out and everything returns to normal; the sea is always so beautiful and serene, waiting for us to return to Breathe God.
