Queridos amigos de Hive. Después de algún tiempo sin publicar. Ya que de este lado del mundo el trabajo a veces nos absorbe todo el tiempo cuando hablo de trabajo también me refiero a varios proyectos en los que vengo trabajando en cuanto a lo artístico los cuales pronto les compartirles. Pero el día de hoy quiero compartirles unas fotos que tome al caminar un rato por mi bella Caracas. Nuestra hermosa capital. Mientras estaba un rato en la plaza Bolívar. Al retirarme me encontré de frente a lo que es el Teatro Principal de Caracas. Una hermosa arquitectura creada por allá en el 1831 por el arquitecto Gustavo Legorburu. Para ese entonces era el primer edificio del país con un armazón de acero, un balcón delantero y un tratamiento acústico en las paredes. Recibió al gran Carlos Gardel en 1935 la que fue una de sus últimas actuaciones. Desde entonces Venezuela lo reconoce como símbolo del tango. Este teatro en los años 90 se convirtió en sala de cine mexicano. Se mantuvo cerrado durante varios años y luego lo reinauguraron en el 2011. Hoy en día es la sede de la banda marcial de Caracas y la Compañía distrital de Teatro Pero más allá de ser un teatro yo lo vi y me inspiro tanta nostalgia y alegría el pensar en cuántos venezolanos caraqueños o del interior tienen anécdotas, dentro y fuera de él. Cuantos se habrán conocido en esas salas, o habrán dado inicio a un romance, quienes habrán pedido matrimonio en ese balcón, o celebrado su aniversario. Cuantas lágrimas de alegría o de tristeza, risas y aplausos. Esta estructura tiene tantos años de historias. De recuerdos de vivencias. Para mí más que un teatro, más que una sala de cine es un almacén de recuerdos venezolanos y a su vez una parte de los recuerdos de muchos de los que en él disfrutaron una historia. This structure has so many years of stories. Of memories of experiences. For me more than a theater, more than a movie theater is a storehouse of Venezuelan memories and in turn a part of the memories of many of those who enjoyed a story in it.
