Hace un poquito más de un año que me mudé a otro estado, toda mi vida la viví en Aragua en la casa de mis padres... Definitivamente decir los pro y los contras de allá sería tan fácil.

Pero estoy iniciando aquí, adaptandome a un nuevo estilo de vida, a un nuevo ritmo, a vivir en pareja, en una casa propia, lejos de mi familia y amigos... No ha sido fácil este cambio, sé que ha sido para mejor pero aún no me adapto.
#
Sin embargo hay cosas que me gustan de aquí, cosas que descubrí en este mi nuevo lugar... 3 cosas que amo del lugar donde vivo.

**La Tranquilidad**

Nací y crecí en una casa llena de gente, en el centro del pueblo donde todos los vecinos se conocen y conversan, donde hay ruido constante, voces, conversaciones, el sonido de los carros y motos, los perros ladrando... Pero aquí todo es tranquilo, son pocos los carros que transitan, ni siquiera he visto todos los vecinos de mi cuadra, cualquier día de la semana se siente tanta tranquilidad, puedo pasar el día entero durmiendo con tanta calma.
Comenzando mi nueva etapa aquí con tanto silencio, si era incómodo, me hacía falta el ruido, pero hoy amo el silencio que reina aquí, en el lugar donde vivo hayas tranquilidad y paz.

**La Seguridad**

Una cosa que me encanta de este lugar es la sensación de seguridad, es una zona donde la mayoría de los habitantes son jubilados o personas trabajadoras, jovenes y niños estudiantes, con pocos casos de robos, se respira bienestar.
Los policías constantemente patrullan la zona, cuando recién llegamos a la urbanización se nos presentó el jefe del comando de la policía, nos dió los números telefónicos en caso de emergencia... Soy ama de casa así que en oportunidades me toca estar sola pero igual me siento segura aquí en casa.

**La Ubicación**

No estoy en pleno centro de la ciudad, dónde está el movimiento del comercio, los poderes públicos, el tráfico, los centros de recreación, pero vivo a unos 10 minutos así que si deseo disfrutar de la ciudad me queda muy cerca, incluso puedo pasar todo el día y parte de la noche haciendo diligencias o disfrutando en el centro y regresar a casa con tranquilidad, con seguridad para descansar plácidamente.

Por cierto quiero destacar lo maravilloso de este tema porque realmente ha sido un reto para mí este tiempo de adaptación a mi nuevo hogar, siempre me repito lo afortunada que soy por mi casa, pero es difícil reconocer ciertas cosas cuando algo no termina de encajar... Buscar y analizar lo bueno de mi comunidad es realmente bueno porque fue un faro para agradecer un poco más, por lo que tengo y para valorar más dónde estoy.

**The Tranquility**

I was born and raised in a house full of people, in the center of town where all the neighbors know each other and chat, where there is constant noise, voices, conversations, the sound of cars and motorcycles, dogs barking... But here everything is peaceful, few cars pass by, I haven't even seen all the neighbors on my block. Any day of the week it feels so peaceful, so peaceful I can spend the whole day sleeping peacefully.
Beginning my new life here with so much silence, it was uncomfortable, I missed the noise, but today I love the silence that reigns here, where I live, you find tranquility and peace.

**Security**

One thing I love about this place is the feeling of security. It's an area where most residents are retirees or working people, young people, and children who are students. There are few cases of theft, so there's a sense of well-being.
The police constantly patrol the area. When we first arrived at the neighborhood, the police chief introduced himself to us and gave us phone numbers in case of an emergency. I'm a housewife, so sometimes I have to be alone, but I still feel safe here at home.

**The Location**

I'm not in the heart of the city, where all the hustle and bustle of commerce, public authorities, traffic, and recreation centers are, but I live about 10 minutes away, so if I want to enjoy the city, it's very close. I can even spend the whole day and part of the night running errands or enjoying the city center and return home safely, safely, and rest peacefully.

By the way, I want to highlight how wonderful this topic is because this time of adapting to my new home has really been a challenge for me. I always tell myself how lucky I am to have my house, but it's hard to acknowledge certain things when something doesn't quite fit... Searching for and analyzing the good things about my community is really good because it's been a beacon to be a little more grateful for what I have and to appreciate where I am more.
