Algunos retos que se nos presentan son grandes como la pérdida de una casa o un negocio, otros son pequeños como la pérdida de un objeto querido, tal vez un prendedor, unas llaves o un bolígrafo, algunos retos son esperados cómo ingresar a la universidad o los dolores de un parto, otros nos toman por sorpresa y cambian por completo el rumbo de nuestra vida, como una enfermedad, un accidente o la muerte de un ser querido, tal vez un padre, una pareja o un hijo.

Estos desafíos sorpresivos, son sin duda los que nos hacen crecer, los que nos hacen madurar, los que nos vuelven más fuertes, resilientes y nos permiten descubrir de lo que estamos hechos... Estos retos de la vida aunque son difíciles son parte esencial de la vida misma y son los más transformadores.

Como son experiencias repentinas pegan muy fuerte, en el alma y nos obligan a tomar decisiones inmediatas, en estos casos no vale la preparación, ni las estrategias, toca salir de nuestra zona de confort e ir afrontando lo que se nos presenta, de a poco, sin bajar la guardia y mirando al futuro... Nunca es fácil, es doloroso, pero aleccionador y nos transforma.

Estas experiencias son parte del viaje, así que aunque estén cargadas de intensos sentimientos negativos no son permanentes, es solo una estación del viaje y no el final, aunque duela muchísimo ese dolor va a pasar... Sé que si estás atravesando ese reto, esa dificultad, si ese dolor es tu realidad hoy, sé que parece que no hay salida; pero te aseguro que todo va a pasar.

Ese dolor intenso va a ir disminuyendo, y aunque en un futuro al recordar esta etapa pueden aflorar ciertas susceptibilidades, tal vez llorarás otra vez al recordar la etapa que pasaste y superaste, eso solo demuestra lo mucho que has crecido... Si tal vez hoy te tocó decir un adiós muy doloroso o te tocó conocer una noticia que cambia tu realidad al 100%, te aseguro que mañana será un poco mejor, tal vez un poquitico pero con cada paso que des, con cada día que vivas, vas a poder avanzar...
