Hello, good evening to all hivers. Today I'm roasting coffee. That bean that gives us courage at dawn and throughout the day as well. For lovers of a good cup of coffee, sit back and enjoy a good cup of coffee right now. My grandmother taught me how to roast that precious bean. Back then, there were many coffee plants in my house, and my grandparents were in charge of the production. That was several years ago, I was just a child, but I remember the whole process of harvesting, drying, roasting, and, above all, that delicious smell that comes out when we grind it. Now, my husband and I buy the beans and roast them at home using charcoal at full heat and on a low heat so they don't burn. Let's go get that coffee right now, and a good conversation after dinner. Hola muy buenas noches pra todos hivers . Hoy ando de tostadora de cafe ,ese grano que nos da animo al amanecer y en el resto del dia tambien ,para los amantes de un buen cafesito ,ahora mismo sientese y difrute de una buena tasa de cafe. Mi abuela me enseño a tostar ese grano tan presiado ,en aquel entoces en mi casa habian muchas matas de cafe y mi abuelitos se encargaban de la produccion, de eso hace varios años yo era una niña pero me acuerdo de todo el prosso de la recogida, el secado ,el tostado y sobre todo eso olor rico que desprende cuando lo estamos moliendo. Ahora mi esposo yo compramops el grano y lo tostamos en casa con el carbon a su total calor y a fuego lento para que no se queme,no se diga mas !! Vamos por ese cafe ahora mismo ,y una buena coversacion o despues de comida . linda nochesita a todos los miembros de la comunidad.
