For some time now I have been painting drawings as a recommendation from my psychologist to deal with my anxiety and I know that they look awful hahahaha because I am not the most artistic person, nor do I have the best materials, I need to improve my colouring kit, but I have grown fond of this activity, it is something that relaxes me and helps me a lot.
Today I painted this page from my colouring book which has some Chinese style lanterns and lanterns.
