Nuevamente tendremos el Derby della Madonnina entre Inter y Milan, siendo una revancha para los Negriazules del encuentro perdido como local en la Serie A este 5 de febrero. El Inter venció dos goles por cero a la Roma de Mourinho, mientras que el AC Milan aplastó 4-0 a la Lazio.

Por su parte, en la otra llave, la Juventus encabezada por Dusan Vlahovic venció al Sassuolo por 2-1 y se enfrentará al ex equipo de su goleador, la Fiorentina, quien se impuso agónicamente 3-2 con un hombre menos en la cancha de Atalanta.
Los partidos de ida se celebrarán el 2 de marzo en las canchas del Inter y la Juventus, compromisos en los que buscarán sacar ventaja para tener un resultado más a modo para la vuelta.
Casi dos meses después se vivirán los encuentros de vuelta, siendo el 20 de abril cuando la Fiore y el Milan alberguen en sus casas los duelos decisivos.
