Y en el día de hoy vengo a traer una nueva, de el press con banda, de front, muchos dirán ' es fácil con liga ', pero yo opino, que más aya de que uno se le resulta más cómodo e útil, para pulir Miles de estáticos o ejercicios de resistencia.
