Mi reporte de Actifict: septiembre 25 2024

😄Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de hive y actifit, hoy fui a entrenar nuevamente en la mañana un poco la resistencia, y la verdad sentí buenas sensaciones. Ya la resistencia me a mejorado un poco más, y gracias a eso puedo realizar trotes más largos sin ningún problema. 🦾❤️‍🔥 >😄Hi, how are you my dear friends from hive and actifit? Hoy mi objetivo fue poder trotar y hacer más recorrido que los entrenamientos pasados, y la verdad me senti muy bien sin tanta fatiga. Eso significa que estoy por buen camino para sehuir mejorando mi resistencia cosa que es muy importante para mi dentro de mi deporte que es la calistenia. Igual realice saltos de cuerda y otras cosas mas, pero la verdad e sentido muy buenas sensaciones con estos entrenamientos. 🦾❤️‍🔥 > Today my goal was to be able to jog and do more distance than in the past workouts, and the truth is that I felt very good without so much fatigue. That means that I am on the right track to continue improving my endurance, which is very important for me in my sport, which is calisthenics.
