Hola cómo están mis amigos de swc,yo soy angelosw y en el día de hoy les vengo a traer un post diferente a los demás, este post tratara sobre un reto el cual me había propuesto un amigo mio de mi comunidad swc, el cual es llamado champions académi. Este reto consiste en realizar 4 ejercicios en menos de 1 minuto. Bueno amigos espero que les guste esta publicación, y sin más que decir Comencemos.

Hello how are my swc friends, I am angelosw and today I come to bring you a post different from the others, this post will be about a challenge which had proposed me a friend of my swc community, which is called champions académi. Bueno amigos ya realice el reto el cual tenia que hacerlo en menos de un minuto, y el resultado fue de 56 segundos, cabe recalcar que estaba cansado al hacer este pequeño reto, ya que había echo un día antes lo que era mi entrenamiento que siempre suelo hacer, sino hubiera estado cansado creo que lo fuera echo con menos segundos Pero bueno amigos ese fue el resultado, ya lo echo esta echo y bueno, ya será para otro reto a un futuro. Well friends I did the challenge which I had to do in less than a minute, and the result was 56 seconds, it should be noted that I was tired to do this little challenge, since I had done a day before what was my training that I always do, if I had not been tired I think I would have done it with less seconds.
