A day in my life as a Hospitality Management Student: Enrollment Day

***HI! ANNYEONG! KONNICHIWA HIVERS! It’s @angelwingss again, and today I’m going to share with you all the day of our enrollment and how I process it.***  So, last June 18, 2025, was the day that I went to school for my enrollment. But, before I went to school, I first went to Hi-pre, a medical clinic where I took my x-ray and stool exam. I wore my favorite shirt which is the stripe white and pink shirt for my top and a blue semi wide jean for my bottom. I also wore a reversible hat since it was a sunny day that day. I went to my cousin’s house as I asks him again to drive me to Hi-pre.  We left at 11:35 am since my x-ray and stool test results will be given by 12 noon. I arrive at Hi-pre around 11:50 am. As I enter the establishment, the guard immediately came and ask me what’s my business in there and I told him that I’m going to claim my results. I also gave him the card number that I accidentally brought home with me after I finished taking my medical test yesterday. The guard then told me that I can claim my result at the back. He led me the way at the back of the establishment.  As I arrive at the back of the establishment, another guard told me what’s my business in there and I told him that I’m going to claim my results. He instructed me what to do and he told me to give my receipt in the releasing station. I followed his instructions and gave my receipt to the releasing station; they took my receipt and told me that they will just call my name again. Since its going to take a while for me to receive my results, I sat first on the very edge at the front. A few minutes later, my name was called, and they inform me that my test results for x-ray will be released at 12:15 and if I can wait a little longer, I told them that its fine and I can wait a little longer.  A few moments, my friend arrived, and she did the same process again. We talked for a few minutes when her name was called, and they also told her the same thing that they told me. While waiting, we chatted more and then some of my classmates arrived one by one. After a little while, it was already 12:15 noon, the releasing station called our name one by one and I was nervous to check my results because the last time that I went for a medical test, there was a bacteria that was seen in my stool result so I have to take a med for a week and three times a day, the med also taste very bitter, the reason why I was hoping that there is no bacteria in my stool again. Luckily, there was none, so after receiving all our test results, we went to find a nearest print shop to photocopy our test results.  Unfortunately, there was no print shop nearby, so we just went straight to our school. My friend and I rode a mini bus and it only took about 18 minutes for us to arrive at school because the mini bus was very fast. As we arrive at our school, we went straight to the Ariga prints to photocopy our results. After that, we then went inside our university. We went to registrar to pay for our med cert because our instructors told us that we must have our med cert from our school. After paying for the med cert, we went to the faculty to get enrollment forms.  As we were walking in the hallway, we saw our class mayor, so we went to her and she gave us our two certificates on the orientations that we attended, and we also pay our pinning expenses to her. After that, we proceed to the faculty office. When we arrive at the faculty office, there were a few students already. It was not quite crowded since it was just us 4th year students who have an early enrollment. My friend and I went inside the faculty office and gave our OJT instructor our grades from 1st year to 3rd year, she then gave us enrollment forms and instructed us where to fill up and what to fill up. After that, we went to bistro to buy a ballpen because we didn’t bring one. The bistro was closed so we went to our canteen. Luckily it was open and there were no students that time. We bought ballpens and took some quick photo before leaving.  We then went to the study area and fill up our enrolment form there. We also saw one of our classmates so after the three of us finished fill upping our enrollment form, we then went again to faculty office so that our OJT instructor can evaluate our form and proceed to the clinic. There was a lot of students waiting outside the faculty office, so we line up for a bit. After our OJT instructor evaluated our enrollment forms, we then went to the clinic.  As we arrive at the school clinic, we saw that there was a lot of shoes outside, so we decided to wait for a while and sit on the vacant sits outside and wait for the students to lessen. When I was our turn, we entered the clinic, and they instructed us to sit on the corner side and wait for our turn. The guys checked our enrollment form and gave us a new form to fill up for the clinic to check and put our bp and pr there. While waiting for my turn to get a BP, a saw a Siamese cat so I took some video and photo first.  When it was my turn to get my BP, the nurse told me to eat and drink water because my BP result shows that I have a low blood; 90/60. I followed her instructions and went to canteen to buy some biscuits and a water. Unfortunately, they don’t have water that time, so I bought 2 Hansel and 1 apple juice. I ate my snacks there and left immediately after finishing it. Luckily, my BP was normal again so I proceeded to the Sao office the get a clear stamp, then to the MIS office and lastly to the registrar again to give my enrollment form and grades.  After that, I went to my friend who was waiting at the engineering study area. She told me that she was hungry and wanted to eat McDonalds, I agreed with her since I haven’t taken my lunch yet. We rode a tricycle on the way there and the tricycle didn’t drive us to the McDo directly, he stopped in the plaza, so we have to walked to McDo. After we arrive, we looked for a table and then ordered. We talked and took some pictures before we left the establishments.
