From Sales to Service: My First Day in Banquet Service at Casino Español!

***HI! ANNYEONG! KONNICHIWA HIVERS! It’s @angelwingss again and today, I’m going to share with you my first day as an intern in Banquet Service.***  So, it has been a while that I haven’t posted anything here since I was busy and focusing on my internship in Casino Español. And right know, I am no longer in banquet sales department, I was rotated in banquet service to further enhance my skills and today is the day that I will start my journey in banquet service.  I woke up around 5 am to get ready and my shift before was 8-5 but now, it change to 9-6. My dad drove me to Sm where my uncle will fetch me and drive to Casino. I waited for my uncle to arrive since he usually arrive at 6:50. While waiting, I bought C2 to pair it with my Japanese pancake that my dad bought for me. After a few minutes, my uncle arrive together with his wife.  I arrive at Casino at 7:43, and went to our locker room to change my clothes and get ready for my shift. When I was almost done, I put my cellphone in my bag because unlike in sales, we are not allowed to use cellphones in banquet service.  When I went upstairs the supervisors in Banquet wasn’t around so I ask James to guide me what to do. He taught me how to polish the utensils and the glass. After a while, Sir Michael arrived and he told me to partner with miss Telen on Andalucia.  After the event in Andalucia, we started dishing out and set another table since there will be another event in that room. After, I went to the locker room to take a rest and went upstairs to help out the others.  It was 6 pm when I shift out. I changed my clothes and waited for my sister’s boyfriend to come fetch me. I wasn’t able to take a picture during my shift since we are not allowed to bring our phone.
