My First Day as the Only Sales Intern at Casino Español de Cebu

***HI! ANNYEONG! KONNICHIWA HIVERS! It’s @angelwingsss again and today I’m going to share with you all my 4th day as an intern in Casino Español de Cebu.***  So, last July 18, 2025, was my 4th day as an intern in Casino Español. It is also my first today to be the only intern in sales department as Miss Alne has ended her internship journey. I was quite nervous but I know that it is also part of my internship career to be more independent.   I woke up around 5 pm and started getting ready because my dad will drive me to SM lacion and After that he will also drove my younger sister to her school. And since he won’t be able to drove me all the way to Casino as it is quite too far and will take an hour and 30 minutes back and fourth, my uncle offered to drove me from SM lacion to Casino as he will pass by on my workplace.   My dad stopped on the 7/11 that US near the SM because if he stopped right on the SM, he won’t be able to u turn, that’s why he stopped me in 7/11 and I just need to walk for a minute. I also stopped by on a sari-sari store to buy a mask to protect me from the dusty road. And waited for my uncle to arrive.   After a few minutes, my uncle arrived together with his wife. I rode with them and since my uncle’s wife workplace is near in SM, we drive her first there and then drive we went our way to Casino. We arrive around 7:45 am and I thanked and bid goodbyes to my uncle for driving me all the way to my workplace.  When I arrived, I punch my DTR and then went straight to our locker room. I retouched my make up and went to the office. I did my usual routine. I changed the events and double check if the food tags, door signage and elevator signage’s are ready and then put them on there assigned function halls.  When I came back to the office, Sir Carlo was already there. I greeted him and then went to my computer to organized the events for today and for tomorrow. After organizing them, I went routing to check if all the departments has a copy of the BEO for todays events.   After checking that all the departments has a copy for today’s events, I went back to the office to make the menu card for the presidential table for the salon de españa event. After making the menu cards, I told Sir Carlo that I will take my breakfast first in the canteen. When I arrive at the canteen, I saw one of the chefs so I greeted him and we had a small talk. After eating my breakfast, I went back to the office.   I printed the menu cards that I made earlier and then cut them individually to make them ready for the event in salon de espana later and I also double check the menus for today’s events if there is a spanish or japanese foods. After a few hours, Ms Honey asked me to take our lunch already because she was already hungry.  We went to the canteen to take our lunch. I had a bola m-bola and chicken afritada for lunch. After taking out lunch, I went to our locker room and brushed my teeth and had some makeup retouch. I stayed in our locker rooms during my break time because I want to take a nap and have some rest.   After my break ended, I went back to the office and printed the new BEO for the upcoming events. After printing them one by one, I then routed them to all departments. When I came back, I checked my pc again and added the new events that I just routed.   When it was already quarter to three, Miss Gina was craving some Mcdo so we decided to buy some and have it delivered in Casino Español. I was going to refuse and tell them that I’m not going to buy because I’m budgeting my allowance, but then Miss Honey decided to buy one for me. So we both have a sundae and Miss Gina had a fries and coke float while Sir Carlo had a coffee.  After a few hours, it was already 5 pm so I power off my computer and place the food tags for tomorrow’s events under my table and left the casino.
