I agree with the statement that happiness is created, not sought. So, I think, when we want to feel happiness, we have to create it based on what we desire. This is because not everyone has the same perspective. Different perspectives create different values for happiness.

In the past, especially when I was still working in an office, I enjoyed visiting new cafes with beautiful views as a place to relax and entertain myself. That's where I got a lot of inspiration to create a calming space in my own home. I've learned a lot about design on my own. That's why I love designing spaces, especially yards.
So, currently, I'm focusing on designing my yard, turning it into a garden, even if it's just a mini one.

In this post, I'll share a calming spot I created in my garden. On a bright morning, I decided to capture it on my camera. It's also a beautiful memory for when I move, as I'm currently renting this house.
The night before I took these photos, it had rained after months of silence. So, the atmosphere in my mini garden looks cool, peaceful, and serene.

I make my garden a relaxing spot to read a book, or drink coffee or tea, among the plants I grow in polybags and used gallon jugs.

---
I do routine maintenance once a week on all my plants. I don't think it's difficult, especially when you love what you do. And I love gardening, so it's perfect for me.
---
In my mini garden in my yard, I currently grow mustard greens, bok choy, and pagoda mustard greens.
Bok choy is relatively easy to care for. Regular pruning is required. I also add to the growing medium.

And at two weeks old, I added goat manure to my plants.

These plants are now a month old, and I'll harvest them in a few days.
---

Watering the plants is also a calming moment for me. It's like meditation. It's just me and my plants. I can focus more deeply on what I want, what makes me happy.
---

I'm so grateful that God led me to this residential area. In fact, I learned about this area through an online rental agent.

This house's lease expires at the end of the year, and I haven't discussed it with the landlord yet. But I hope I can continue renting this house because I love the area around it.

Even though it's just a small house, with a small garden that I've tended, this is the happiness I've created. And the universe seems to be supporting me. Every time I look ahead, I smile. What we think about is what we attract to ourselves. So, always think positively, and I'm always confident that we will never be disappointed in this life. I believe that is when we are ready to adapt and organize what needs to be created to make ourselves happy.

### Happy gardening!
