*There are times when we want to reduce our flour intake but really want to eat brownies. So, this recipe can be a delicious and easy-to-make option.*

Brownies without flour? Is that possible? At first, I didn't believe it. But after making it myself in the kitchen, I was happily surprised to see the results!
I like brownies because they are not too sweet with a combination of chocolate powder or dark chocolate bar. Of course, you can add the type and amount of sweetener to suit your taste.

This cake recipe was inspired by the ripe bananas in my house. Also, I was craving brownies. In fact, with this recipe, I can also save money compared to buying brownies at a cake shop with prices starting at $ 4 per box.
This Banana Brownie recipe also doesn't require a mixer. We can use a whisk balloon and spatula. If you don't have a mixer, you can also steam it. A great choice, right?
In fact, if you have almond flakes or choco chips, it will be even more perfect. But this time I only have limited ingredients. So I don't use any toppings on my banana brownies.

##
THE INGREDIENTS

- 2 big bananas or 4 small ripe bananas
- 60 grams of cocoa powder
- 50 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder or vanilla essences

##
HOW TO MAKE BANANA BROWNIES
##
STEP 1

Peel the bananas, and place them in a bowl.
---
##
STEP 2

Mash the bananas using a fork until they become puree. If they're not too soft, that's okay because the texture of the bananas will create a unique texture in the brownies. Then, set aside.
---
##
STEP 3

Prepare a larger container. Add two eggs, 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder/vanilla essences, and 1 tsp of baking powder, also 50 grams of sugar.
---
##
STEP 3

Beat the egg mixture using a whisk balloon until it looks a little white.
---
##
STEP 4

Add mashed bananas with cocoa powder into the beaten egg mixture. Stir briefly with a whisk balloon then continue using a spatula.
---
##
STEP 5

Prepare a baking container, then add the brownies mixture into the baking container. Because I ran out of baking paper, so I just sprayed a little vegetable oil on the surface of the baking container so that later the cake was easy to remove from the container.
---
##
STEP 6

Don't forget to prepare the oven first, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then bake the brownies for about 40-45 minutes.
---

Stab the brownies with a toothpick, if the toothpick comes out clean then the brownies are cooked. Then, remove and let the brownies cool to room temperature before cutting into pieces and serving.

##
THE RESULTS
Look at the results! Nooooo, this is so tempting. Luckily, I was thinking about my nieces and nephews that I would be sharing it with, so I could restrain myself to just eat a piece of delicious banana brownie!

In fact, even without flour, these brownies taste the same as the brownies that I buy in the bakery. It's just that the ones sold are oilier and sweeter.

I was also amazed by the moist texture of these banana brownies. I will definitely try this recipe again, but maybe, how about sweet potato? It might be interesting. We'll see!
