It's been a really extreme weather lately. I checked the weather on my phone. And sure enough, it felt like 37 degrees Celsius.

It was really hot inside, and my internet connection was spotty. So, finding a coffee shop to work online was a great option on these hot days!
I went to the cafe after lunch on my motorcycle. It's about 6 km from my house, so it turns out it's in the city center.
This area is still relatively new to me, and I rarely leave the house unless it's for work. Especially when I'm busy working in the garden. So, this coffee shop's location was my first time here.

I was interested in trying the *Before Sunrise* menu. I ordered this one and paid $2. Let's see what the coffee tastes like.

Cold brewed coffee. Perfect for the hot weather, and it hasn't rained at all in months. It's truly the dry season!
The *Before Sunrise* menu combines pineapple extract with cold brew, topped with sour cream. They also add slices of dried pineapple as a garnish.

If my previous favorite cold brew was a combination of coffee and orange extract, now this is my favorite. It combines cold brew with pineapple juice. I think the flavor is more complex but delicious.

I didn't expect it to have a distinctive sweetness, even though the sour cream is added to the top. I think the pineapple used is a honey pineapple, which is naturally sweet. If the pineapple used was sour pineapple, I think it would ruin the flavor combination.
