Para mí fortuna vivo en el Oriente de Venezuela, por lo tanto gozo de unas majestuosas playas que se encuentran ubicadas de manera cercana. Desde que tengo uso de razón tengo memorias de momentos con mis familiares y amigos disfrutando en la playa, me gusta mucho el sonido de las olas, la libertad de estar en traje de bañó bronceandose, nadar y mirar el atardecer. Considero que es un lugar en donde se entretienen tanto niños como adultos, por mi parte cuando era pequeña recuerdo que desde que llegaba hasta que me iba era nadando, si acaso salía a comer o hacer algún castillo de arena, más de una vez tuve insolación con todo el gusto del mundo y la verdad es que es un lugar que me sigue llenando de felicidad. >Fortunately for me I live in the East of Venezuela, therefore I enjoy some majestic beaches that are located nearby. For as long as I can remember I have memories of moments with my family and friends enjoying the beach, I love the sound of the waves, the freedom of being in a bathing suit tanning, swimming and watching the sunset. I consider that it is a place where both children and adults are entertained, for my part when I was little I remember that from the time I arrived until I left it was swimming, if anything I went out to eat or make a sand castle, more than once I had sunstroke with all the pleasure in the world and the truth is that it is a place that still fills me with happiness.  Cuando tuve a mi hijo al principio por ser primeriza no quería sacarlo a ninguna parte, pero porsupuesto que con los meses esa decisión tuvo sus consecuencias y llegó un punto en el que extrañaba mis salidas habituales, por ello en una de los chequeos mensuales por control con la pediatra le consulté si podía llevar al niño a la playa y ella me dijo que si y me dió varias recomendaciones, entre ellas el protector solar, el tiempo recomendable de exponerlo al sol, como iría poco a poco familiarizandolo con este entorno. Cuando llego el día estaba muy emocionada de poder llevarlo a uno de mis lugares favoritos. >When I had my son at the beginning because I was a first timer I did not want to take him anywhere, but of course with the months that decision had its consequences and there came a point where I missed my usual outings, so in one of the monthly checkups for control with the pediatrician I asked her if I could take the child to the beach and she told me yes and gave me several recommendations, including sunscreen, the recommended time to expose him to the sun, as I would gradually familiarizing him with this environment. When the day arrived I was very excited to be able to take him to one of my favorite places.   Entre mucha incertidumbre ingrese a mi hijo poco a poco al agua y su reacción fue muy favorable, el estaba como pez en el agua, luego nos sentamos un rato a jugar con la arena y también estuvo muy entretenido, a partir de allí les puedo decir que no dude ni una sola vez en volver a llevarlo a la playa, verlo disfrutar de ese espacio tanto como yo me llena muchísimo, a veces es difícil como adultos encontrar actividades o momentos de calidad con nuestros hijos por muchos factores, pero es una maravilla cuando logramos conectar de manera en la que ambos la pasemos bien. >Among a lot of uncertainty I introduced my son little by little to the water and his reaction was very favorable, he was like a fish in the water, then we sat for a while to play with the sand and he was also very entertained, from there I can tell you that I do not hesitate even once to take him back to the beach, seeing him enjoy that space as much as I do fills me a lot, sometimes it is difficult as adults to find activities or quality time with our children for many factors, but it is wonderful when we connect in a way that we both have a good time.     A medida que mi hijo se ha hecho más grande y consciente en ocasiones me nombra playas a las que le gusta ir, otra cosa que también note es que le gusta elegir que snacks llevar y como sabe que ese día le permito salirnos un poco de la dieta por su alergia alimenticia y aprovecha de tomar un poco de refresco, comer alguna que otra chuchería y a veces si venden helados, cabe destacar que con el no se puede salir sin comida y sin dinero jajaja pero son momentos que atesoramos, los cuales hemos compartido con amistades y familiares en algunas ocasiones y sin duda alguna cada vez mejor. >As my son has become older and more conscious sometimes he names me beaches where he likes to go, another thing I also noticed is that he likes to choose what snacks to take and as he knows that day I allow him to leave a little diet for his food allergy and takes the opportunity to take a little soda, It should be noted that with him you can not go out without food and money hahaha but they are moments that we treasure, which we have shared with friends and family on occasion and certainly getting better and better.   Particularmente me encanta este tipo de plan porque desconecta de la tecnología, hace espacios para poder conversar, comer, jugar y reír. Me parece beneficioso en el aspecto físico porque el correr en la arena y nadar ayudan al desarrollo motor y cardiovascular, en el aspecto emocional reduce el estrés sin duda alguna, por la parte social permite interactuar con otras personas, en conclusión: "para todo mal, el mar". Espero que tengamos la dicha de poder viajar y conocer muchas playas para seguir creando recuerdos felices juntos ❤️ >I particularly love this type of plan because it disconnects from technology, makes spaces to talk, eat, play and laugh. I find it beneficial in the physical aspect because running in the sand and swimming help motor and cardiovascular development, in the emotional aspect it reduces stress without a doubt, on the social side it allows interacting with other people, in conclusion: "for everything bad, the sea".
