Si hay algo que debo admitir es que hace poco es que me estoy preocupando por tener una rutina de skin care y ser constante con ella, creo que pise la 30 y me hice consiente que si no me cuidaba iba a lucir como que tuviera más edad. Al principio compraba productos comerciales y no veía resultados, es que era obvio que no iban con mi tipo de piel pero entonces yo creía que si jajaja error de principiante, hasta que empecé a leer más y poco a poco fui conociendo otros productos, leyendo acerca de los principios activos y los beneficios que estos aportaban, así de manera sencilla tenía una rutina básica de limpieza e hidratación tanto en el día como en la noche, porsupuesto no podía faltar el protector solar. >If there is something that I must admit is that recently is that I am worrying about having a skin care routine and be consistent with it, I think I stepped on the 30 and I became aware that if I did not take care of myself I would look like I was older. Coordinamos la cita para el viernes en la tarde después que yo culminara mi horario de trabajo, me fui como una niña emocionada hasta la dirección que me indicaron, tanto así que me perdí jajaja tuve que llamar para que guiaran pero llegué puntual que es lo importante. Una vez allí me recibieron con entusiasmo, tuve la oportunidad de hacer un recorrido por el sitio donde pude observar dónde realizan los masajes, tenía ganas de cambiar de idea pero yo fui por la cara, me acosté en una camilla y dejé que me hicieran la limpieza con radiofrecuencia incluida. >We coordinated the appointment for Friday afternoon after I finished my work schedule, I went like an excited girl to the address they indicated, so much so that I got lost hahaha I had to call for guidance but I arrived on time which is the important thing. Si yo sentía que estaba en la nubes disfrutando de ese momento, ya al finalizar cuando tenía una mascarilla me han regalado un paquete de galletas el cual me casi me comi entero mientras esperaba que hiciera efecto lo que tenía en la cara, me encanta la pasta seca como se le dice aquí a ese tipo de galletas. Durante todo el procedimiento hablé mucho con la señora que me atendió, realmente muy simpática, esta me dió unas recomendaciones y me indico los productos necesarios para mí rutina de día y de noche. During the whole procedure I talked a lot with the lady who attended me, really very nice, she gave me some recommendations and indicated me the necessary products for my day and night routine.
