Hello everyone, good morning. And the party continues, as they called it yesterday, “the birthday octave.” I can say with joy, welcome September with your beautiful vibes that fill us with joy and well-being to keep going and invent a thousand ways to enjoy every second of the day.
The week has begun, and so has the month. Practice and training routines are getting tougher every day because several competitions are coming up, including Caracas Rock, where part of Team Vida will be present, and two months of races and walks starting in two weeks with the foundation's competition and ending in October with the pink race... But I feel the satisfaction of seeing that I have more respiratory, physical, and muscular endurance, less fatigue, something I couldn't achieve before. Before the half-hour routine, I was already about to faint.
I took this week by the horns because the countdown has already begun, and I knew that my princess had more birthday surprises and I wanted to share them with her. My training group is actually the 7 p.m. group, but right now I'm training with the 6 p.m. group because of the schedule.
These blinblines, that's what they call themselves, “Grupo Blin blin,” hahaha, I won't go into detail about those names because I'm not sure where they come from, but they're the best, they gave me a really nice surprise.
They showed up at the gym with cake, jelly, and hibiscus tea to toast the beauty's birthday, since it fell on a weekend and they couldn't see her. Of course, describing it will never be the same as experiencing it, and I can't upload videos right now, but I assure you that it was a real party and the two groups got together to toast. We sang and danced, but we also trained. Don't think that just because it was the coach's birthday we were going to get off easy, ha ha ha.
Earlier, they had also given her another surprise at the other gym, Complex, so the party mixed with training lasted from the beginning of the day until the end. I was very happy to see the affection they showed her and, of course, to see her happy.

Hola a todos, buenos días. Y la fiesta continúa, como la llamaron ayer, “la octavita de cumpleaños”. Puedo decir con regocijo, bienvenido septiembre con tus vibras tan bonitas que nos imprimes alegría y bienestar para seguir adelante e inventar mil maneras de disfrutar cada segundo del día.
Inició la semana, y también el mes, las rutinas de prácticas y entrenamiento son más fuertes cada día porque se acercan varias competencias; entre éstas la Caracas Rock donde parte del Team Vida estará presente, y dos meses de carreras y caminatas comenzando dentro de dos semanas con la competencia de la fundación, y cerrando en octubre con la carrera rosa… pero siento la satisfacción de comprobar que tengo más resistencia respiratoria, física, muscular, menos fatiga, algo que anteriormente no lograba y antes de la media hora de rutina, ya yo estaba que me desmayaba.
Tomé esta semana por la punta porque la cuenta regresiva ya se redujo, aparte de que sabía que mi princesa tenía más sorpresas de cumpleaños y quería compartirlas con ella. Realmente mi grupo de entrenamiento es el de las 7 pm, pero ahorita estoy entrenando con el grupo de las 6 pm por el horario.
De verdad estos blinblines, así se llaman ellos, “Grupo Blin blin”, jajajaja, no daré detalles de esos nombres porque no sé muy bien la procedencia, pero son lo máximo, hicieron una sorpresa muy bonita.
Aparecieron en el box con torta, gelatina, y té de Jamaica para brindar por el cumpleaños de la belleza, ya que cayó fin de semana y no pudieron verla. Por supuesto describirlo nunca será igual que vivirlo, y yo no puedo ahorita subir vídeos, pero les aseguro que fue un verdadero bochinche y se juntaron los dos grupos para brindar. Allí cantamos, bailamos, pero también entrenamos, no se crean que porque la coach estaba de cumpleaños nos íbamos a salvar, jajaja.
Temprano también le hicieron otra sorpresa en el otro gym, en Complex, así que la parranda mezclada con entrenamiento fue desde que inició el día hasta que terminó. Me alegró muchísimo ver las muestras de cariño que le brindaron, y por supuesto, verla feliz.
