Hola, buenos días para toda mi comunidad bonita. Hoy me integro a la iniciativa de Marcia, mi brujita favorita, quien nos habla de algo muy especial que nos pasa prácticamente a diario, la sensación de felicidad que nos brindan algunos olores. Y es que realmente resulta terapéutico reunirlos y poder disfrutar de ellos cuando nuestros sentimientos se apagan o estamos sensibles. ¿Quién no evoca un momento de felicidad, al percibir nuevamente un aroma que está vinculado con éste?
De eso trata esta iniciativa creada por @brujita18, y quiero invitar a varios amigos a que nos compartan sus experiencias con los olores que los hacen felices. @belkyscabrera, @mercmarg, @issymarie2, @germanandradeg, @tonyes, @beaescribe, @yaslenysofia, @antoniarhuiz, y @yasmarit. Quizás suene un poco poético al manifestarlo, pero en mi experiencia personal siempre que puedo, trato de tener presentes todos esos aromas que me han transmitido momentos de felicidad a lo largo de mi vida, y a través de éstos, poder evocarlos una vez más.
Anteriormente, solía decir que desde pequeña mis aromas más felices eran los de las comidas que preparaban en mi casa durante la navidad, y no he cambiado ese contexto, sigo pensando lo mismo, los olores que se desprenden de las cocinas venezolanas en la época navideña, no son sólo aromas de gastronomía maravillosa y de manitas mágicas de nuestros pobladores, son también aromas de nostalgia, amor, la felicidad que nos transmite la familia cuando está unida y reunida para recibir al Niño Dios, la llegada de un año nuevo, las gaitas, los aguinaldos, los regalos, el pesebre, y todo lo que nos alegra durante esas fechas tan hermosas.
Recuerdo que en los días decembrinos, en la casa familiar había un aroma particular que aún recuerdo y cuando lo percibo en algunos almacenes, retrocedo a mi infancia; es el aroma de la nieve en spray que usaban para adornar los moños en las ventanas, y las ramitas del arbolito. Pero por sobre todas las cosas, el aroma de los ingredientes del dulce de lechosa cuando está en plena preparación, y el de las hallacas sancochándose en la gran olla, o reposando en los mesones. Esa combinación de guiso con hojas de plátano o cambur, invade cada rincón de nostalgia y recuerdos felices.
Pero hoy en día, en medio de la nostalgia por los seres amados que han emigrado del país, los reencuentros fundidos en un abrazo, nos dejan otro aroma que al evocarlos nos hacen felices, al menos yo lo siento así desde que mi hijo vino el año pasado. Aún quedan en el closet algunas cosas de él que llevan impregnadas el olor de su colonia, y al abrirlo, el aroma de esos momentos felices retorna a mí. Sí, es increíble cómo un aroma nos puede recordar la felicidad en un segundo.
Un aroma que me hace feliz cada día al iniciar, es el del café recién colado, el que se prepara en colador de tela con agua hervida e invade todo mi hogar. Ese aroma es el símbolo de la felicidad para todos los amantes del café, y es el que nos brinda energía para que el día fluya lo mejor posible.
Y para cerrar, mencionaré otros aromas que me hacen feliz no sólo por recordar momentos bonitos, sino porque son relajantes y simplemente me hacen sentir bien. Estos son el aroma de la lluvia sobre la arena caliente, una rica comida en la cocina, las esencias de jazmín, vainilla y lavanda, el olor a casita limpia, el aroma del suavizante en las sábanas recién lavadas, mi colonia favorita, el cabello recién lavado, el olor de las patitas de mis mascotas así huelan a pepito viejo, jajajajaja, y el del pan recién horneado en las panaderías cercanas.
