Hive Open Mic Week 276 Hello Hive Open Mic community! My name is @annahnkot, and I am happy to be making my very first post and participating in this amazing community. This week’s theme happens to be "Healing," and I decided to share a beautiful and touching song by George Benson. Although it is a love song, it carries a deep message that is connected directly to the theme of healing. Healing, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, cannot truly be in existence or happen without love.
Love is God, and for any genuine healing process, such must be done in love. When someone is hurting, whether from sickness, heartbreak, or emotional wounds, what they really need most is love, love that does not care only for oneself but has compassion and support for others. So, through this song, I sing I want to remind us all that love is a key to lasting healing. Let’s spread more love and allow it to bring healing to our hearts and relationships.
