Hello friends of Hive and Vibes Web3 music community members. Welcome to my blog. I want to especially appreciate our facilitators, @lordbutterfly, @verbal-d, and others I may not be able to mention here. They are doing amazing work in the art of music, and we don't take that for granted. For this week's entry, I sang one of the hymn songs I love so much, "My Hope Is Built." This hymn has resonated within my spirit whenever I have heard it.
And I decided to sing the song on a low. And I have been seeing amazing entries from different artists. I need to applaud the effort of the judges. I'm glad to stop by. Bye for now.
LYRICS
1 My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness; I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus' name
.Refrain: On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand: all other ground is sinking sand; all other ground is sinking sand.
2 When darkness veils his lovely face, I rest on his unchanging grace; in every high and stormy gale, my anchor holds within the veil. [Refrain]
3 His oath, his covenant, his blood, support me in the whelming flood; when all around my soul gives way, he then is all my hope and stay. [Refrain]
4 When he shall come with trumpet sound, O may I then in him be found: dressed in his righteousness alone, faultless to stand before the throne. [Refrain]
